How do I get my W-2 from CVS online? ›

Go to www.myhr.cvs.com. Click on W-2 and Electronic Consent to view or print your W-2.

How do I find my Employee ID? CVS and Aetna Employees should go to their UltiPro Portal, click on Menu > Myself > Job Summary to find their Employee ID.

If you are in contact with your old employer, you may contact them and request a copy of your W-2 from payroll. Employers are obligated to keep copies of W-2 forms for four years, but some may keep them for longer.

Direct your request to the company's human resources or payroll department, as they typically are the ones who issue these forms. Politely ask them to send your form, and confirm your current address or email.

If your W-2 went missing because of a mail snafu, you can use TurboTax to retrieve a copy. As long as your employer issued one, TurboTax can most likely import it.

They should be able to access those for you. If you need to access old pay stubs by a specific date, include that when speaking with the HR department.

Use the IRS's “Get Transcript” tool if you only need the information contained in the W-2 and the W-2 you need is less than 10 years old. This service is free of charge. Use form 4506 if you need your W-2 form and you need other information from that year's completed taxes.
