Tyson Foods was hit with an employment lawsuit Wednesday in Texas Eastern District Court. The court case was filed by the Woodfill Law Firm on behalf of two plaintiffs claiming denial of accommodation and wrongful termination amid a policy of mandatory COVID vaccinations for employees. Counsel have not yet appeared for the defendant. The case is 4:22-cv-00905, keeler et al v. Tyson Foods Inc.
